A packaged mix for fried food, the mix being filled into a container, wherein the mix for fried food is a powder mixture comprising, at a mass ratio of 99:1-20:80, wheat flour, and at least one kind selected from the group consisting of other cereal flours and starch, the angle of repose of the mix for fried food being 33-54 degrees, and the container being a shaker container having at least one shaker hole having a maximum width of 2-20mm.
