The system for cooking soup food comprises: at least one container which is capable of containing a mixture including a predetermined amount of liquids, soup materials and seasonings； a heating member which is capable of heating the container to boil soup food； and a scale member which is capable of measuring the weight of the boiling container including the mixture.
