The present invention relates to a method for producing an acylated natural dye, an acylated natural dye produced thereby, and a hair dying agent comprising the acylated natural dye and, more specifically, to a method for producing an acylated natural dye and an acylated natural dye produced thereby, wherein the acylated natural dye of the present invention has inherent advantages as the natural dye via insertion of an acylating agent after mixing a natural dye and a polar solvent, while solubility in an organic solvent increases.
