A hair coloring composition for oxidative dyeing of keratin-fiber is provided to suppress oxidation of green during storage, to decrease damage of hair by the green tea and to relieve stimulating odor and in dyeing surgical operation. A hair coloring composition for oxidative dyeing of keratin-fiber comprises the first agent and the second agent. The first agent comprises oxidation dye precursor, coupler, alkaline chemicals, green tea powder, water-soluble anti-oxidizer and reducing agent. The second agent comprises oxidizer. The water-soluble anti-oxidizer is one or more selected from a group consisting of ascorbic acid, erythorbic acid and salts thereof. The reducing agent is one or more selected from a group consisting of sodium nitrite, sodium metabisulphite, thioglycolic acid, thiolactic acid, cystein and salts thereof.본 발명은 녹차 가루를 함유하는 산화염색용 염모제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 산화염료 전구체, 커플러 및 알칼리제를 함유하는 제 1제와 산화제를 함유하는 제 2제로 구성되며, 상기 제 1제에 자극완화제로서 녹차 가루와 수용성 항산화제 및 환원제를 동시에 함유함으로써, 보관 중 녹차의 산화를 억제하여 안정하게 유지하고, 사용시 녹차의 효능에 의해 모발 손상이 적으면서 염색 시술시 나타날 수 있는 자극취 및 두피의 따가움을 완화시킬 수 있는 산화염색용 염모제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
