1. A tablet having a weight of 30-200 mg, preferably 60-120 mg, and said tablet consists of: - 60-100 wt.% Granules, consisting of: 50-90 wt.% Granules of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA)； 6-35 wt.% microcrystalline cellulose granules； 0-20 wt.% granules of one or more pharmacologically acceptable granule ingredients； and 0-40% by weight of one or more other pharmacologically acceptable tablet components. 2. The tablet according to claim 1, where the granules have a particle size in the range of 25-500 microns. A tablet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the tablet comprises at least 40%, preferably at least 50% of DHEA by weight of the tablet. The tablet according to claim 1 or 2, where the granules include 60-85% DHEA by weight of the granules. A tablet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the DHEA contained in the granules has a total weighted average particle size in the range of 1-200 μm. The tablet according to claim 1 or 2, where the granules include 10-25 wt.% Microcrystalline cellulose. A tablet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the microcrystalline cellulose has a total weighted average particle size in the range of 25-200 μm. A tablet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the granules comprise 0.5-20% by weight, preferably 1-10% by weight of a disintegrant. The tablet of claim 8, wherein the disintegrant is selected from a carboxymethyl starch salt, a carboxymethyl cellulose salt, a starch glycolate salt, and combinations thereof. A tablet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the granules comprise 1-12% by weight, preferably 2-8% by weight of a binding agent. The tablet of claim 10, wherein the binder is selected from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, povidone, starch, and combinations thereof. A tablet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein one or more pharmacologically acceptable tablet components comprise 10-40%, preferably 12-25%, of the excipient, based on the weight of the tablet. Table1.
