PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a film having a honeycomb structure exhibiting highly-precise pattern regularity.SOLUTION: A through-hole array 30 at least having a surface 32w composed of a light-absorbing heat-generating body having a plurality of through-holes 32 into the interior of which water can be introduced is prepared, and a water layer 20 at least containing water or supersaturated steam packed in the many through-holes 32 is formed by bringing the surface 30s of the through-hole array 30 into contact with a polymer solution 10 obtained by dissolving an amphipathic polymer in a hydrophobic organic solvent, and the water or the supersaturated steam from the surface 30t side. A water droplet 20b is formed by generating a bubble in the through-hole 32 by irradiating a light spot L at a prescribed position in two dimensional array of the surface 30t to heat at least the surface 32w of the through-hole 32, and simultaneously allowing the water or the supersaturated steam in the through-hole 32 to be ejected into the polymer solution layer 10, and thereafter the water droplet 20b and the hydrophobic organic solvent are evaporated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】高精度の配列規則性を有するハニカム構造フィルムを製造する【解決手段】少なくとも表面32wが光吸収発熱体であり、内部に水を導入可能な貫通孔32が多数形成されたスルーホールアレイ30を用意し、スルーホールアレイ30の表面30sに疎水性有機溶媒に両親媒性ポリマーを溶解させたポリマー溶液10と、水又は過飽和水蒸気を表面30t側から接触させることにより多数の貫通孔32内に充填された水又は過飽和水蒸気を少なくとも含む水層20を形成する。表面30tの所定の2次元配列位置に光スポットLを照射して貫通孔32の少なくとも表面32wを発熱させて貫通孔32内に気泡を発生させると共に貫通孔32内の水又は過飽和水蒸気をポリマー溶液層10内に吐出させて水滴20bを形成した後、水滴20b及び疎水性有機溶媒を蒸発させる。【選択図】図1B
