A first contact distal portion (25A) and a second contact distal portion (31A) are formed in the distal surface (21). The first contact distal portion (25A) comes into contact with a flat surface and is provided in the air and water feeding nozzle (25), and the second contact distal portion (31A) is provided in except for at least one of the observation window (32a) and the illuminating unit (33x).
