The invention addresses the problem of providing a jelly containing three types of branched-chain amino acids comprising isoleucine, leucine, and valine, which reduces a dose, has favorable flavor, is easy to swallow, has high stability, and does not cause browning even when a heating treatment is performed. The jelly containing a gelling agent and three types of branched-chain amino acids comprising isoleucine, leucine, and valine, characterized in that (1) the pH of the jelly is higher than 3.6, (2) a heating treatment is performed after blending the three types of branched-chain amino acids and the gelling agent, and (3) a dose of the three types of branched-chain amino acids are packed and sealed in a container.本發明之課題係提供一種可使一次攝取量少量化,風味及吞服感佳,且具優異的安定性,即使施以加熱處理時亦不會產生褐變(browning),含有由異白胺酸、白胺酸以及纈胺酸所構成之3種分支鏈胺基酸之膠凍。本發明之膠凍係含有由異白胺酸、白胺酸以及纈胺酸所構成之3種分支鏈胺基酸,以及凝膠化劑之膠凍,且特徵係:(1)膠凍之pH值高於3.6,(2)將3種分支鏈胺基酸以及凝膠化劑之膠凍摻合後進行加熱處理,以及,(3)將3種分支鏈胺基酸之一次攝取量填充並密封於容器內。
