PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus, when having no mechanism for liftingly/loweringly moving a top board, or controlling the top board without liftingly/loweringly moving it, capable of easily setting up a region of interest and sustaining SOD (Source Object Distance).SOLUTION: The X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus includes a C arm 3 for supporting an X-ray tube and an FPD (Flat Panel Detector), with their facing each other, and an examination table having a movable top board 1a that is movable in the longitudinal direction and tiltable to a body. The X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus: controls the movable top board 1a to move in the longitudinal direction, with it retaining an inclination angle, until a vertical position with respect to the movable top board 1a after the inclination having been changed with the inclination matches, in the height in the vertical direction, the vertical position with respect to the movable top board 1a before the inclination and controls the C arm 3 to translate by a distance having been moved in parallel to the horizontal surface by the inclination and the longitudinal movement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】天板を昇降移動させる機構を備えない場合、あるいは天板を昇降移動させずに制御したい場合でも、関心領域を簡便に設定し、SODを維持することができるX線透視撮影装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】X線管およびFPDを互いに対向して支持するCアーム3と、本体に対して長手方向に移動可能で傾斜可能な可動式天板1aを有した検診台とを備えた場合において、傾斜前の可動式天板1aに対する垂直方向の位置に、傾斜に伴って変化した傾斜後の可動式天板1aに対する垂直方向の位置が鉛直方向の高さに関して一致するまで傾斜角度を保った状態で可動式天板1aを長手方向に移動させて、傾斜および当該長手方向の移動により水平面に平行に移動した距離分、Cアーム3を平行移動させる制御を行う。【選択図】図6
