PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handleability not by changing the state of the arm of a walker to a holding bar 6 so much but by stabilizing a walking posture.SOLUTION: A handrail instrument 1 is attached to both handrail bars 24 of a parallel bar type ambulatory exercise instrument 23.
