PURPOSE: A single channel concentration polarization method and a bio material integrating device are provided to simplify a device of a concentration polarizing device by explaining the concentration polarization of an ion by using a single micro channel. CONSTITUTION: A single channel concentration polarization method comprises a single micro channel(120), an electrode(140), and a polarization unit(160). An ion flows along the single micro channel including a bottom unit. The electrode includes a positive electrode and a negative electrode for applying an electric field in the micro channel. The polarization unit selectively moves a positive charge ion to the negative electrode side by the electric field applied to the micro channel.
