The present invention discloses an improved rapid high temperature liquid sterilization structure, which is a high temperature sterilization structure for several times of rapid channeling circulation, so as to achieve the purposes of energy saving, carbon reduction, rapid high temperature sterilization, and enhancing working efficiency. Especially, the present invention may perform several times of rapid high temperature sterilization for liquid, and conduct the temperature of liquid after heating and sterilization to the liquid to be heated and sterilized up to a certain temperature then, performing several times of channeling high temperature sterilization by delivering through each high temperature cylinder of the rapid high temperature sterilization structure, so as to achieve the effect of high temperature sterilization effect and save more than a half of electric power. The main structure comprises several high temperature cylinders, a temperature lowering cylinder and a cooling cylinder. The accommodation space for each of the cylinders is configured with spiral transfusion pipes cascaded with each other. The cascaded portion of the spiral transfusion pipe for each cylinder is configured with a valve for controlling flow rate of the liquid.
