The present invention relates to a noodle alignment apparatus which can cool boiled noodle in a fixed shape by putting a regular portion of the boiled noodle in a temporal storage container and then aligning the boiled noodle evenly before cooling the noodle. The noodle alignment apparatus has: a conveyor providing a plane where the temporal storage container filled with the boiled noodle is mounted a first roof frame installed in a horizontal direction on a direct upper part of the conveyor a first lift cylinder fixed and installed by standing on the first roof frame inversely a first horizontal bar moved in a vertical direction by operation of the first lift cylinder while being connected to the first lift cylinder a pair of slide bars which are installed at a lower part of the first horizontal bar and are in parallel with each other, so as to move in an extended direction of the first horizontal bar multiple first and second brackets installed in a fixed interval in an extended direction of the slide bar multiple horizontal alignment pins installed in a type of hanging on the first and the second bracket and a first and a second horizontal alignment cylinder which are installed on an upper plane of the first horizontal bar in an opposite direction to each other in order for the slide bar to move back and forth in an opposite direction to each other along the extended direction of the first horizontal bar, and are connected to the slide bar respectively.
