The cylinders stand in effective connection with each other for left and right sided pivoting processes of the bar in such a manner that a piston rod (14) of one of the cylinders (13) is driven for actuating the bar, and another piston rod (14') of the complementary cylinder (13') is extended in a cylinder housing (15') till an end position, which represents a limitation of a pivoting angle.
