The present invention relates to a protective potential test box where a connection terminal, connected to a gas pipeline through electric wires, is installed to measure the protective potential of the underground steel pipeline. The protective potential test box is installed on the ground in a pole type, especially for road, mountains, farmlands, or railroads except for urban areas. The protective potential test box can shorten protective potential measurement time by forming a terminal fixating plate, made of a conductive body and a non-conductive body, inside the test box and fixating a first and a second electric wire (L1, L2) for measuring the protective potential of electron donors (D1, D2) and a third and a fourth electric wire (L3, L4) for measuring the protective potential of a pipeline (P) individually to a measurement terminal in order to remove the need of disassembly work.
