PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing dried noodles which is capable of readily dividing the noodles so that the amount of the noodles can easily be regulated according to a preference during a meal.
SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the noodles is designed to impart transportation resistance to each long and fine noodle and wave the long and fine noodle while transporting a group of noodles of the plurality of long and fine noodles 18 obtained by cutting a belt-like noodle body 17 with cutting rollers 11 and 12 from the one end side 13a of a conduit 13 toward the other end side 13b thereof. In the apparatus for producing the noodles, a partition plate 14 is arranged at a position corresponding to an expected division part of the group of noodles in the interior of the conduit 13.
