PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device a whole of which is downsized and which is capable of efficiently performing removal of dirt attached on clothing or deodorization, sterilization and drying of clothing.SOLUTION: The clothing maintenance device comprises a support part 1, a base part 2, a maintenance unit 3, and a hanger unit 4. The maintenance unit 3 comprises a rotary brush 20, an air inlet 21, a first fan 22, a dust collection filter 24, an air outlet 25, a PTC heater 27, an IH heater 28, and a water supply tank 29. The maintenance unit 3 is arranged in a state in which it surrounds clothing 100 hung on a hanger part 45.
