PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing element of which function for adsorbing odor can be efficiently recovered.SOLUTION: An air cleaner includes: a body case having a ventilation channel for communicating a suction inlet with an outlet blow means for introducing room air into the ventilation channel a deodorizing element disposed in the ventilation channel, through which air can pass a heating unit which locally heats the deodorizing element a frame equipped with the deodorizing element and the heating unit position change means which changes the positional relations between the heating unit and the deodorizing element and control means which controls the blow means, the heating unit, and the position change means. A filter for dust filtration is disposed on the opposite side of a lid. A front panel is detachably fitted to the front face of the body case. The suction inlet is disposed in the front panel.
