PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: odor components cannot be adsorbed and removed only by an electric dust collecting unit.SOLUTION: An air deodorizing and cleaning unit installed at an air intake of a heating-cooling device includes an electrode unit which is composed of a charged electrode comprising a minus electrode and a discharge electrode and a minus electrode as a dust collecting electrode, a dust collecting unit which is arranged with a power supply device comprising a rectifier converting an alternating-current power source to a direct current for applying a direct high voltage current in a pulse form to the electrode unit and a transformer for converting the direct high voltage current to a pulsed high voltage current, and a deodorizing means.
