A knee support includes a flexible cushion sheet (41) and a fastening unit (5). The cushion sheet (41) has upper and lower edges (401, 402) , left and right lateral ends, and an intermediate part (405) between the upper and lower edges (401, 402) . The cushion sheet (41) further has a cup portion (417) projecting forwardly from the intermediate part (405) for covering a user"s kneecap (33) . The fastening unit (5) is provided on the cushion sheet (41) for fixing removably the cushion sheet (41) to the user"s knee (3) . (Fig. 2)
