The housing 2 has a bottom portion and a pair of side portions covering a hollow portion, and a plurality of storage grooves which extend at two or more places separated on the inner side than the pair of side parts and on the outer side than the light emitting element substrate 12. Each of the plurality of storage grooves has a first groove area sandwiched by a pair of inner walls, and a second groove area which is located farther from the window member than the first groove area and has width dimensions larger than that of the first groove area. The second groove area has the pair of inner walls, a groove bottom surface 48, and an engaging surface 47 opposite to the groove bottom surface 48.
