PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intracavitary lighting device capable of performing appropriate exposure and an endoscope using the intracavitary lighting device, in order to image a picture having an expanded dynamic range.SOLUTION: An intracavitary lighting device comprises an internal part 102 to be inserted into the inside of body cavity 163 with an endoscope 2.
