PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device as an optimal artificial light source for a plant factory (including flesh flowers, seafoods and livestock other than plants) for solving a background food supply problem.SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 includes: a mounting board a plurality of kinds of light-emitting parts mounted on the surface of the mounting board and emitting light in different wavelength bands a plurality of partition walls provided in boundaries of the plurality of kinds of light-emitting parts on the surface of the mounting board, respectively a plurality of mounting regions formed between the plurality of partition walls and a plurality of sealing materials for sealing the light emitting parts in the plurality of mounting regions, respectively. The plurality of kinds of light-emitting parts are mounted in the plurality of mounting regions, respectively. The plurality of kinds of light-emitting parts totally have a wavelength band of at least 360nm-980nm. Light beams emitted from the plurality of light-emitting parts are mixed with each other to become single-surface light emitting.
