PURPOSE: A cultivation method of salicornia herbacea using waste sea water, and the salicornia herbacea cultivated by the method are provided to use an environmentally friendly method for mass-producing the salicornia herbacea containing minerals from the waste sea water. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of salicornia herbacea using waste sea water comprises a step of supplying the waste sea water to the salicornia herbacea for hydroponic cultivating. A cultivation chamber for the salicornia herbacea has the temperature of 20-25 deg C, the humidity of 60-70%, the CO2 concentration of 300-500ppm, and the O2 concentration of 18-25%. The pH of a cultivation solution containing the waste sea water is 7-8, and the temperature of the cultivation solution is 18-22 deg C.
