PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition or a dermatological composition comprising at least one organic UV-screening and/or at least one inorganic UV-screening agent.SOLUTION: The composition comprises in a cosmetically acceptable medium at least the following combination (A) and (B): (A) a semicrystalline polymer which is a solid at room temperature, has a melting point of &ge30°C, contains (a) a polymeric backbone and (b) at least one crystalline organic side chain and/or one crystalline organic block forming a part of the polymeric backbone and has a number average molecular weight Mn of &ge1,000 and (B) a hollow latex particle having a particle size ranging from 150-380 nm.
