The present invention discloses a cosmetic composition for emulsifier-free UV protection including an organic UV blocking agent and an inorganic UV blocking agent. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the composition for UV protection has excellent formulation stability without using an emulsifier and gives excellent feeling of use to a user. Also, the present invention can solve a skin irritation problem due to the emulsifier by not using the emulsifier. The composition of the present invention includes the inorganic UV blocking agent of a non-nano size and has a non-comedogen property which does not interfere with skin respiration since the inorganic UV blocking agent does not block pores, thereby ensuring excellent stability of the skin and a body. The cosmetic composition for emulsifier-free UV protection comprises: the inorganic UV blocking agent； the organic UV blocking agent； a flow control agent； and oil.본 명세서에는 유기 자외선 차단제 및 무기 자외선 차단제를 포함하는 유화제 프리 자외선 차단용 화장료 조성물이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면인 자외선 차단용 조성물은, 유화제를 사용하지 않고도 우수한 제형 안정성을 갖고, 사용자에게 우수한 사용감을 부여한다. 또한, 유화제를 사용하지 않음으로써, 유화제로 인한 피부 자극 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 본 발명의 조성물은 논나노사이즈의 무기 자외선 차단제를 포함하고, 무기 자외선 차단제가 모공을 막지 않아 피부 호흡을 방해하지 않는 논-코메도젠 특성을 갖기 때문에, 우수한 피부 및 인체 안전성을 확보할 수 있다.
