PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a cooling time long, in a cooling implement wherein a granular cooling agent performing cooling action by endothermic reaction when dissolved in water and a water storage bag body sealed and charged with the water are stored inside an exterior bag body and wherein the cooling agent performs the endothermic reaction by the water flowing out by breakage of the water storage bag body by force applied from the outside.SOLUTION: In this cooling implement, the granular cooling agent 4 is stored inside a water-permeable bag 6.
