PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a specimen for measuring adhesion strength directly via only a simple process using an actual product manufactured in a manufacturing process without going through a separate sample manufacturing process for measuring adhesion strength. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a specimen includes: a step of executing first patterning by adhering an etching-resistant tape to a remaining part excluding a right rectangular shape at the center of an upper layer; a step for etching the upper layer of the part excluding the etching-resistant tape; a step of executing second patterning by peeling the etching-resistant tape for first patterning and adhering it to a part excluding a shape where a trapezoid is seen at the center of the lower layer and a shape connected in a long rod pattern from the upper end of both the trapezoids to one corner of each lower layer; and a step of etching the lower layer of a part excluding the etching-resistant tape.
