The present invention relates to a method for performing prescription by a medical team of a hospital while sharing, in real time, endoscopic treatment information of a bimanual examination patient with a guardian by using real-time object tracing technology, in which an endoscopic medical procedure is performed through a consultation process by applying real-time object tracing technology while treatment information is shared in real time among a medical team performing endoscopic treatment, a procedure subject, and the procedure subject's guardian, so that the method provides base data which enables achievement of more objective examination, treatment, and procedure. In the present invention, moving image information and voice information on an endoscopic medical procedure are shared in real time between a guardian of an endoscopic procedure subject and a medical team performing a medical procedure while performing examination, treatment, and procedure by using a conscious sedation endoscope, and simultaneously, object tracing technology is applied to a real-time endoscopic procedure process in performing care according to consultation and recording and reproducing the procedure process, together with consultative care and treatment of a lesion.
