PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image storage processing device, method and program for quickly displaying results of respective image processing when comparatively reading a newly photographed medical image with past medical images.SOLUTION: The medical image storage processing device includes a medical image storage part 21 for storing medical images, an image processing part 31 for performing image processing of a medical image to be stored in the medical image storage part 21 to store a result of the image processing in association with the medical image, and a past medical image specification part 32 for specifying a past medical image related to a new medical image to be stored among medical images stored in the medical image storage part 21 at a point time for storing the new medical image to be stored in the medical image storage part 21 or a point time earlier than the storage point time.
