PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor capable of suppressing affection of noise in imaging of an analyte, and improving image quality of a plurality of phases of medical images.SOLUTION: A medical image processor comprises: an acquisition part for acquiring a plurality of medical images obtained by imaging multi times, a first analyte in time series； and a processor for generating a plurality of prediction images using a predictor which generates a prediction image corresponding to residual medical images out of the plurality of medical images, on the basis of some medical images out of the plurality of medical images. The processor sets at least two medical images forming a part of the plurality of medical images to training data, sets the residual medical image to teacher data, and sequentially changes a combination of some medical images and residual medical image, for causing the predictor to perform machine learning, and inputs some medical images out of the plurality of medical images to the predictor, then sequentially changes a combination of some medical images, for generating a plurality of prediction images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検体の撮像時のノイズの影響を抑制して、複数フェーズの医用画像の画質を向上できる医用画像処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】医用画像処理装置は、第１の被検体を時系列上で複数回撮像して得られた複数の医用画像を取得する取得部と、複数の医用画像のうちの一部の医用画像を基に複数の医用画像のうちの残りの医用画像に対応する予測画像を生成する予測器を用いて、複数の予測画像を生成する処理部と、を備える。処理部は、複数の医用画像のうちの一部を構成する少なくとも２つの医用画像を訓練データとし、複数の医用画像のうちの残りの医用画像を教師データとし、一部の医用画像の組み合わせ及び残りの医用画像を順次変更して、予測器を機械学習させ、複数の医用画像のうちの一部の医用画像を予測器に入力し、一部の医用画像の組み合わせを順次変更して、複数の予測画像を生成する。【選択図】図６
