The invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising two or more than two separate liquid phases: (i) one of the liquid phases comprising an alcoholic or aqueous-alcoholic medium and one or more fixing polymers that are soluble in the said medium, and (ii) the other of the liquid phases being a fatty phase that is insoluble in phase (i) and comprising one or more fatty substances, the phase (i) comprising from 0 to 50% by weight of water relative to the total weight of phase (i).
