The present invention relates to a method for preparing biocompatible, monolithic, macroporous materials having controlled macroporosity at low temperature, making it possible, in particular, to access monoliths made from a silica/hydroxyapatite bioceramic material having an open and controlled macroporosity with a uniform macropore size (monodispersity) ranging from approximately ten microns to a few hundred microns, and to the use of said materials, in particular for bone filling.La présente invention est relative à un procédé de préparation de matériaux macroporeux monolithiques biocompatibles à macroporosité contrôlée à basse température permettant en particulier daccéder à des monolithes à base dun matériau biocéramique silice/hydroxyapatite ayant une macroporosité ouverte et contrôlée avec une taille de macropores homogène (monodispersité) allant de la dizaine de microns à quelques centaines de microns, ainsi quà lutilisation de ces matériaux, notamment pour le comblement osseux.
