PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol for pest control of mosquitoes that has an excellent pest control effect on mosquitoes for a long time and a reduced harmful effect on a human body and a pet, and a pest control method of mosquitoes using the aerosol for pest control of mosquitoes.SOLUTION: An aerosol for pest control of mosquitoes includes a pressure vessel filled with an aerosol stock solution containing a pest control component and an organic solvent and a propellant and equipped with a metering injection valve, and an injection button having an injection port connected to the metering injection valve. The aerosol for pest control of mosquitoes is adjusted so that the injection amount per one push of the injection button is 0.1-0.4 mL and that an injection force at an injection distance of 20 cm is 0.3-10.0 g f at 25°C.
