The present invention relates to a spine protector which is worn by a patient for correction and recovery of his/her spine. The spine protector comprises: a body (110) which is in the shape of a band having a front side capable of covering a users waist； a cover (140) which is attached to a rear side of the body (110) and has edges on both lateral sides in a lengthwise direction of the body (110) which are fixated； and a fixation belt (120) which is joined to pass through an inner space between the body (110) and the cover (140) and enables the body (110) to be fixated to a users waist. The spine projector of the present invention does not press a certain portion of a users body when a user wears the same for correction and recovery of the spine. Therefore, the spine protector provides a good sensation of wearing.
