PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cardiac valve replacement artificial organ system capable of drawing a component into a ventricle using a simple and safe method.SOLUTION: A cardiac valve replacement device comprises: an artificial organ system comprising an artificial valve body and an annular support structure inside which the artificial valve body can be expanded until reception of repulsion of the annular support structure, the annular support structure including a lock mechanism capable of recovering permanent and persistent structural continuity during positioning and releasing treatment at an implantation site； and a guide wire 46 to which effective guidance for positioning of the annular support structure is given, the guide wire being adapted for installment under a biological annulus and being capable of covering the whole biological valve. Each component of the annular support structure has a hollow shape.
