A valve box (1) for irrigation systems is described, comprising a box-shaped body (100) closed by a lid (101), and a plurality of electrovalves (4) contained in an inner compartment (26) of said box-shaped body (100) and adapted to allow a fluid from a supply conduit (2) to flow towards a plurality of outlet conduits (3), each being controlled by an electrovalve (4). The valve box (1) comprises a single programmable drive and control module (27) of said electrovalves (4) which is contained in a containment box (106, 39) releasably secured above said compartment (26).
