The present invention is directed to a liquid composition comprising semifluorinated compounds of the general formulawherein n is 3 and m is 2.The composition is suitable for use as medicament for topical administration to the eye. Also provided is a kit comprising the composition and a container comprising a dispensing means such as a dropper.
