PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for intraoral massage having excellent dispersibility at the beginning of massage in the oral cavity, and excellent retention to mucous membranes, as well as hardly dropping from an oral massager, to provide a container containing the composition for intraoral massage, and to provide an intraoral massage set.SOLUTION: Provided is a composition for intraoral massage, which contains, in a specific ratio, component (A): either or both of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium monohydrogen phosphate； component (B): sodium alginate； as well as component (C): either or both of xanthan gum and sodium polyacrylate, of which the viscosity at 25°C is 5000 to 20000 mPa s, the viscosity at 25°C when diluted by three times with artificial saliva is 100 to 1000 mPa s.
