To provide a spray injection system including a sprayable active pharmaceutical composition accommodated in a container, which can be used for treatment of various skin diseases.The composition of the present invention comprises a hydrofluoro-based propellant, a dispersion medium and active agent particles, and has a viscosity of about 500 to 10,000 cP. The container includes a dip tube a valve assembly including a valve body, a stem including a stem hole, and a vapor tap and an actuator. The dip tube is coupled to the actuator by a valve assembly, and the composition is ejected as the actuator is pushed down. By selectively controlling the components and viscosity of the composition as well as the dimensions of the container part, the sedimentation of the active drug particles is prevented, so that a substantially uniform distribution of the particles is maintained.
