PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling fixture for a rigid endoscope apparatus, which enables an irradiation direction of supplemental illumination light by an illumination member to easily follow the operation of changing an observation position of a hard mirror, and the rigid endoscope apparatus.SOLUTION: In a rigid endoscope 10, a hard mirror 12 and a needle light 14 are coupled together by a coupling fixture 16. The coupling fixture 16 includes a holding part 62 which holds an insertion part 26 of the hard mirror 12, a holding part 64 which holds an insertion part 52 of the needle light 14, and a plate-like coupling part 66 which couples the holding parts 62 and 64 together. Illumination light of the needle light 14 is applied to an illumination position of the hard mirror 12. In this state, when an operator tilts the hard mirror 12 and changes an observation position, the needle light 14 illuminates the same observation position by being tilted in the same direction together with the hard mirror 12 while following an observation position changing operation of the hard mirror 12, because the needle light 14 is coupled to the hard mirror 12 via the coupling fixture 16.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】照明部材による補助照明光の照射方向を硬性鏡の観察位置の変更動作に容易に追従させることができる硬性内視鏡装置の連結固定具及び硬性内視鏡装置を提供する。【解決手段】硬性内視鏡10は、硬性鏡12とニードルライト14とが連結固定具16によって連結されて構成される。連結固定具16は、硬性鏡12の挿入部26を保持する保持部62、ニードルライト14の挿入部52を保持する保持部64、保持部62と保持部64とを連結する板状の連結部66を備えている。ニードルライト14の照明光が硬性鏡12の照明位置に照射されている。この状態において、硬性鏡12を施術者が傾けて観察位置に変更すると、ニードルライト14が連結固定具16を介して硬性鏡12に連結されているので、硬性鏡12の観察位置変更動作に追従してニードルライト14が硬性鏡12とともに同方向に傾き、同じ観察位置を照明する。【選択図】図4
