PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sealability of a cap while achieving simple connection between external piping and a liquid passing port.SOLUTION: A primary side liquid passing port 10 of a hollow fiber membrane module 1 is formed with a quick twist type connecting mechanism into which a connector 40 of the external piping 30 is inserted, rotated and connected. The connecting mechanism includes a fit-in groove 51 into which the connector 40 is fitted, and a guide part 51a engaging a spiral protrusion 40a of the connector 40. The outer peripheral surface of the primary side liquid passing port 10 is formed with a threaded part that allows the cap 31 to be mounted to the primary side liquid passing port 10.
