The device has a pumping ball, a manometer and a pressure ball which are connected with one another over hoses. A valve manometer unit (1) is accommodated in a common housing with an integral quick exhaust valve. Large cross section on both-ends of connection sections of piping is arranged and the hose can be connected to them. The piping (6) between the pumping ball connection port (9b) and the manometer (3) is a rotary cylinder (5) with multi-snapping bleed valve (15) arranged. The valve positions allow inflation or ventilation using the pumping ball connection port.
