PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a testing apparatus that improves reproducibility in attachment test of marine organism and easily determines the factor of the effect.SOLUTION: The testing apparatus is equipped with a storage tank for storing a liquid, a liquid feed pump for feeding a liquid from the storage tank, a generation part for generating chlorine in the liquid fed from the liquid feed pump, a defoaming part for removing foams formed by the generation part, an observation cell that passes the liquid from which foams are removed by the defoaming part and encloses marine organisms and a removal part for removing chlorine contained in the liquid having passed the observation cell in chlorine.
