PURPOSE: A reheating method of a food material is provided to use hot air flowing to the horizontal direction for property reheat the food material on the side surface area of a container.CONSTITUTION: A reheating method of a food material comprises the following steps: freezing the food material in a reheating container(1) and flowing hot air to the horizontal direction toward a side surface unit(10) of the reheating container for heating the food material. The side surface unit includes an air layer in the inside.
