PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indwelling needle syringe which can be handled safely and sanitarily.SOLUTION: The indwelling needle syringe W having a soft outer needle 5 and a hard inner needle 6 inserted into the cylinder of the outer needle 5 is provided with a hollow cylindrical shaft body 1, a tip shaft 2 freely detachably mounted on the distal end part of the shaft body 1, a blade part 3 fixed to the tip shaft 2, a slider 10 housed inside the cylinder of the shaft body 1 for holding the inner needle 6 at the distal end part, and an outer needle joint 20 freely detachably fitted to the distal end side of the slider 10 for holding the outer needle 5 at the distal end part. Also, in an initial state before use, the slider 10 is arranged on the rear end side of the shaft body 1, the outer needle joint 20 is fitted to the distal end part, and both of the inner needle 6 and the outer needle 5 are housed in the shaft body 1.
