[Problem] To provide a scanning device with a widened scanning area by achieving both the efficiency of increasing the amplitude for non-resonant scanning and the efficiency of amplitude in resonant scanning in scanning using optical fiber vibration.[Solution] An optical scanning device includes an optical fiber (3), a holding section (4) that cantilevers the optical fiber (3), a first driving device (10) provided on the distal end of the optical fiber (3) and making the optical fiber (3) vibrate in a first direction, and a second driving device (20) provided between the holding section (4) for the optical fiber (3) and the first driving device (10) and making the optical fiber (3) vibrate in a second direction that intersects with the first direction.
