PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a Galilean-type ophthalmic microscope which is provided with an OCT optical system and which adopts a new method that increases the degree of freedom in optical design.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic microscope 1 has an illumination optical system 300, an observation optical system 400, an objective lens 2, and an OCT optical system 500.
