A molecular tool for use in a method of providing a molecule that is capable of binding a target molecule based on a set of polypeptides. The polypeptide may be used in a method of screening for a ligand- polypeptide conjugate capable of binding a target molecule for the ligand. Linvention concerne également un polypeptide présentant une séquence sélectionnée à partir des numéros didentification de séquence suivants : SEQ ID NOs 1-32. Le polypeptide peut être utilisé dans un procédé de criblage dun conjugué ligand-polypeptide pouvant se lier à une molécule cible pour le ligand. Linvention concerne en outre un conjugué ligand-polypeptide, à utiliser par exemple en thérapie.
