The present invention relates to a beverage and cosmetic composition containing asiaticoside, madecassoside, asiatic acid and madecasic acid obtained from a centrum, and a manufacturing method thereof. The invention comprises the following steps: obtaining a mixture of decolorized and concentrated solutions made with glycoside such as asiaticoside and madecassoside, by allowing the centrum to be reacted with alcohol and filtered obtaining asiaticoside by discoloring, concentrating and crystallizing the glycoside mixture obtaining hydrolysate such as asiatic acid and madecasic acid by allowing the mixture of the glycoside including asiaticoside and madecassoside to be dissolved by alcohol, reacted with a strong alkali and dehydrated by a strong acid manufacturing a cosmetic or beverage composition by mixing the glycoside including asiaticoside and madecassoside, or hydrolysate such as asiatic acid and madecasic acid, which can be used in a single or in combination of two or more and mixed with cosmetic or beverage minor ingredients.
